Staff-Augmentation model is typically applicable when project requirements are likely to evolve during the course of the project or when the client wants specialized skills for a period of time. In this model, Awana IT Solution will form the project team including the project management staff, equipment and infrastructure based on customer's projected requirements; and hence provides flexibility & control to the customer. We can provide services under this model at client site (onsite), and at offsite (or offshore) based on customer’s requirements and needs of the project.

This model works on Time & Material (T&M) basis, and the customer could pay the monthly charges based on the size and composition of the team.
